How the rental
works

From the first message to handing the motorcycle back, in four steps — and what's worth knowing before each one.

The rentalstep by step

4steps
1

Check availability

Message us on WhatsApp, email or call with the dates you need, and we'll confirm whether a motorcycle is free, what it costs and how it comes equipped. If it's your first time in northern Argentina, we'll suggest a route for your level and the days you have.

  • Route advice
  • A quote for your dates
Requirements
  • A national ID or passport
  • A valid motorcycle license for the engine size
Booking

A 20% deposit confirms it. Once it clears, the motorcycle is held for your dates and nobody else's.

2

We arrange the handover

You pick where and when: at our base on Cnel. Moldes 271, at your hotel or at Salta airport. The motorcycle leaves checked over in our own workshop.

  • Airport delivery
  • Helmet and gloves
  • Motorcycle checked in the workshop
Security deposit

A security deposit is held per motorcycle, fully refundable when the rental ends.

We haven't published the deposit amount yet: we're finalizing it
3

You ride

You leave with the roadbook ready and the team a phone call away: route guidance, navigation advice and any question you have, around the clock.

  • Unlimited mileage
  • Third-party liability insurance
  • 24/7 support
4

You hand it back

When the trip ends we agree where and when to drop the motorcycle off, same as at pickup: at our base, at your hotel or at the airport. We go over the bike with you and release the deposit.

  • Deposit refunded
  • Place and time to suit you

Why
trust us

You'll be far out, on mountain roads with little signal. Which motorcycle you rent matters less than who prepared it.

From the track to the road

CRA came out of racing. Cristian Arguello, a former racer and suspension specialist, runs a company with more than 20 years in the motorcycle world. Every bike goes through the workshop before it leaves, and you have phone support around the clock while you ride.

  • A group riding single file through the red rock formations of the Quebrada de las Conchas
  • The group and the motorcycles at dusk, on a dirt road
  • Four motorcycles climbing a mountain road through the Yungas cloud forest
  • A rider beside their motorcycle at a hillside lookout, with the valley behind
  • A motorcycle crossing a shallow river through the trees
  • A loaded rider making their way along a red dirt road
